5. Use input devices to enter letters, numbers, and symbols.

6. Use special functions of input devices.
· Be aware of CTRL ALT DELETE to log in.
You do not have to teach students to preform this action simply show them how to use CTRL ALT DELETE like teacher do when they log onto the network each day.

· Be aware of the SHIFT key to make capital letters and symbols.
Open a word document and show student that you can hold down shift to capitalize a letter or change symbols.

· Be aware of the ENTER, BACKSPACE, and SPACEBAR keys.
Open a word document and show students how to use the enter ,backspace, and spacebar keys in a document.

· Be aware of the mouse button to click, double-click, and scroll.
